Provided by an embodiment of the present invention is manufacturing equipment for manufacturing ferric chloride having a low content of heavy metals at a low cost as well as using a small amount of harmful chemicals by using ferric chloride waste acid; and a ferric chloride manufacturing method using the same. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing equipment includes: an electrolyzer which accommodates ferric chloride waste acid; an electrode which is provided to electrochemically oxidize the ferric chloride waste acid; and a gas supply pipe which supplies oxygen-containing gas for oxidizing the ferric chloride waste acid by oxygen to the ferric chloride waste acid. In the ferric chloride manufacturing equipment using ferric chloride waste acid and the ferric chloride manufacturing method using the same, the electrode includes an anode and a cathode; the gas supply pipe is positioned between the anode and the cathode; and the anode and the cathode are positioned apart from each other, are electrically connected, and are disposed away from the bottom of the electrolyzer.
