The present invention relates to an antituberculosis peptide for increasing toxicity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis endogenous toxin and targeting a toxin-antitoxin system and a use thereof. Specifically, the antituberculosis peptide of the present invention increases RNA decomposition activity of a Mycobacterium tuberculosis toxin protein MazF4 and suppresses formation of MazEF4, a toxic-antitoxic complex, thereby inducing death of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Therefore, the antituberculosis peptide can be usefully used as an antibiotic composition against the Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
