Disclosed is a needle for endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy comprising: a main body; a tip portion formed on one side of the main body; and a tissue collection part which forms a tissue collection groove in a symmetrical shape to the left and right based on a diameter line passing through a central axis in the longitudinal direction of the main body, and forms a tissue collection blade part on both sides of the tissue collection groove, wherein at least one side of both sides of the tissue collection groove forms the tissue collection blade part that forms a shape that branches to both sides on the basis of a diameter line passing through the central axis in the longitudinal direction of the main body.
