The present invention relates to an ankle support guard which comprises: a first fixing unit fixed by surrounding at least a portion of soles and feet of a user; a second fixing unit fixed by wrapping around the ankle of the user; and a support unit having one side coupled to the first fixing unit while the other side is coupled to the second fixing unit, and supporting the feet and legs of the user by adjusting an angle of the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
