The present invention relates to a reinforcing method for improving seismic performance of a reinforced concrete school building. Also, the non-contraction mortar is injected into the square pipe. When the reinforced object is the second grade, the square pipe (23) is anchored to the two sides of the column (20) in the school building. Also, the non-contraction mortar is injected into the square pipe. When the reinforced object is the third grade, the square pipe (23) is anchored to the one side of the column (20) in the school building.
