The present invention relates to a reinforcing method for improving seismic performance of a reinforced concrete school building. The reinforcing method for improving seismic performance of a reinforced concrete school building includes: a step (a) of performing structure evaluation of a waist wall (10) which is a masonry wall; and a step (b) of performing reinforcement by using non-contraction mortar and a square pipe (23) on a column (20) adjacent to the waist wall (10) evaluated by corresponding an evaluated grade when a structure is evaluated as one grade of a reinforced object in accordance with an evaluation result of the step (a). The evaluation result of the step (a) is classified into a reinforced object and an unreinforced object, and the reinforced object is classified into a first grade, a second grade, and a third grade. When the reinforced object is the first grade, the square pipe (23) is anchored to three sides of the column (20) of a school building. Also, the non-contraction mortar is injected into the square pipe. When the reinforced object is the second grade, the square pipe (23) is anchored to the two sides of the column (20) in the school building. Also, the non-contraction mortar is injected into the square pipe. When the reinforced object is the third grade, the square pipe (23) is anchored to the one side of the column (20) in the school building. Also, the non-contraction mortar is injected into the square pipe.
