The present invention relates to an apparatus for selecting a curriculum development model, which comprises: a job selection request unit which receives a request for curriculum development and provides a list of jobs related to a nuclear field; a job information providing unit which receives information on the selection of a job corresponding to the curriculum from the job list, and provides information on the selected job and systematic approach to training (SAT) requirements standard data; an education content determination unit which receives and determines information about whether the job is a job which essentially applies the SAT, determines whether essential education content is determined, and determines whether the development of the curriculum is necessary within a short period of time; a determined job data providing unit which receives, from the education content determination unit, information about whether the job corresponds to the job essentially applying the SAT, and provides essential education content determination job data; and a template providing unit which receives information from the education content determination unit and provides a curriculum development template.
