According to the present invention, a spinning apparatus for manufacturing a side-by-side type three-component composite nanofiber comprises: a spinning tube body (Ta) having one shape selected from a cylindrical shape and a conical shape; a polygonal tubular hollow part (Tb) formed inside the spinning tube body (Ta) in the longitudinal direction of the spinning tube body (Ta); and two triangular columnar nozzles (Hb, Hc) and one cylindrical columnar nozzle (Ha) installed at a position facing each edge portion of the polygonal tubular hollow part (Tb) from a position spaced downwardly apart from the upper surface of the spinning tube body (Ta) to one selected from spinning solution distribution tubes (1, 2, 3), which supply a different spinning solution, in the longitudinal direction of the spinning tube body (Ta). Moreover, the different spinning solutions are electrically spun through the nozzles (Ha, Hb, Hc) installed in the spinning tube (T) with a structure, in which the edge portions of the polygonal tubular hollow part (Tb) come in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the spinning tube body (Ta), such that side-by-side type three-component composite nanofiber is manufactured. Accordingly, the present invention can manufacture high quality side-by-side type three-component composite nanofiber at high yield. Moreover, the side-by-side type three-component composite nanofiber of the present invention can be used for electrode and membrane materials for a cell, a filter material, a sensor material, and the like in accordance with a material selection of each component.
