In a method for constructing a communication frame based on time division multiple access (TDMA) in an ad-hoc network composed of an upper node and multiple lower nodes, the upper node receives a result of scanning wireless environment states of frequency channels in a frame mute field in which the plurality of lower nodes are included in each of the predetermined number of previous communication frames, determines frequency channels usable among the frequency channels based on the result of scanning, and allocates the usable frequency channels to a beacon section included in each of the next communication frames so that hopping of the frequency channels allocated to the beacon section between the next communication frames is performed.
