The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for LNG fuel bunkering, which is installed in a barge, a fuel supply ship, supplying an LNG fuel to a ship using LNG as a fuel. According to the present invention, a case inlet (5), through which LNG in a liquid state flows in, and a case outlet (6), through which LNG in a liquid state flows out, are formed on one side of a cylindrical body of the heat exchanger for LNG fuel bunkering, which is installed in the barge; a heater inlet (7), through which gasified LNG flows in a heater, and a heater outlet (8), through which the gasified LNG flows out of the heater, are formed; and a gasifier glycol water inlet (1), a gasifier glycol water outlet (2), a heater glycol water inlet (3) and a heater glycol water outlet (4) are formed to convert the LNG in a liquid state into the LNG in a gas state to supply the LNG in a gas state to an engine. According to the heat exchanger for LNG fuel bunkering, a heater and a mist separator are installed together with a gasifier, which is a heat exchanger, thereby reducing a space occupied in the ship and being controlled correctly and conveniently.
