The present invention relates to an aquatic product transport system based on an information and communication technology (ICT) convergence quality management system, in which aquatic products are purchased at a producing area or a place of purchase, passed through a screening process, stabilized in the same environment as a habitat, and stocked in a transport water tank of an aquatic product transport container installed with the ICT convergence quality management system, and quality of the aquatic products stocked inside the container is managed by using the ICT convergence quality management system. In addition, according to the present invention, the aquatic product transport system based on the ICT convergence quality management system includes: a user terminal having an output means for reproducing data related to quality management of an aquatic product transport container; a container quality management device having an IoT sensor module and a container environment adjustment device installed inside the aquatic product transport container, configured to control and adjust quality management of aquatic products stocked in the container, and configured to collect water tank environment information data to provide related information to the user terminal; and an integrated system for comprehensively operating and controlling an environment of the aquatic product transport container according to input and selection of statistical information by collecting and monitoring the data from the user terminal and the quality management device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
