The present invention relates to a blockchain-based livestock product distribution history management system. With the present invention, it is possible to perform livestock product distribution history management by means of blockchain technology defying data forgery. In addition, the distribution history management can be performed by packaged product following livestock product subdivision. The system according to one aspect includes: a plurality of management servers managing each distribution step for a livestock product including a plurality of distribution steps and receiving distribution history information on the livestock product from an administrator terminal managing each distribution step; and a plurality of blockchain nodes respectively connected to the management servers, respectively receiving transactions of the distribution history information on the livestock product from the management servers, recording the transactions in blocks, and synchronizing the transactions with each other. The management server that manages a step of acquiring the livestock product in a slaughterhouse in the distribution step receives transport vehicle information and individual identification information on the livestock product from the administrator terminal and transmits the information to a corresponding blockchain node. The management server that manages a step of subdividing the livestock product receives from the administrator terminal a parameter by packaged product following the subdivision of the livestock product and transmits the parameter to a corresponding blockchain node.
