INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM USING DESM AND WMD MODELS, AND METHOD THEREOF

An information retrieval system is a system that collects information required by a user, analyzes the content, and then provides information (documents) when a query (request for information) occurs. A conventional information retrieval system uses a methodology based on how many words in a query appear in a document. However, if the meaning of a word, not the word itself, is considered, accurate results can be obtained. To take this into account, the present invention applies DESM and WMD models to improve the information retrieval system through re-sequencing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
