The present invention relates to a novel soybean variety having a high content of functional components, resistant to bacterial pustule and high yielding, and a breeding method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel soybean variety Gwanak No.1 which is obtained by artificial cross-fertilization using Iksan vegetable bean varieties as an example, and a Glycine max No.2-derived SS2-2 varieties as a counterpart. The Gwanak No.1 is more resistant to bacterial disease, has a higher isoflavone content as a functional component of seeds, and has high yielding properties.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
