The present invention relates to a system for consigned management of employment of the disabled, which is characterized by comprising: a job selecting step of selecting a job which can be managed by the disabled among the jobs of a consigning company; a disabled personnel-linked pool selection step of selecting a disabled person to be hired for the selected job from an employable disabled personnel-linked pool; a job supporting person placement step of selecting and dispatching a job supporting person who supports such that the selected disabled person may perform the appointed job; an education completion step of allowing the disabled person and the job supporting person to complete orientational education with respect to the appointed job; a diversified support system construction step of supporting the disabled person by constructing a local community network and constructing a company network; a job performing step of allowing the disabled person and the job supporting person to be placed for the appointed job to perform the job; a job performance example collecting step of collecting and managing real-time examples in accordance with the job performance in the job performing step; and a repeated education step of performing repeated education through virtual reality with respect to an area which is proven to require re-education by means of the job performance example collecting step. Therefore, employment of the disabled can be stably maintained.
