Disclosed are a method for granulating apple powder and apple powder prepared accordingly. It includes drying and sieving. Accordingly, the granulation of the apple powder improves the flowability of the particles, so that product packaging is easy, the agglomeration phenomenon of the apple powder is prevented even when stored for a long time, and the change of the color of the apple powder can be minimized.
