The present invention relates to a method for identifying an evidence for identifying a matter remaining in the evidence. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the method for identifying an evidence for identifying a matter remaining in the evidence includes: a step of arranging one or more reference samples and an object evidence obtained from the evidence on a sample table; a step of covering the object evidence and the one or more reference samples at the same time and fixing a metal microarray cover having a plurality of holes onto the sample table; a step of generating an ion image and mass spectrum about the one or more reference samples and the object evidence by using a secondary ion mass spectrometry; a step of generating a peak list comprising peaks of a predetermined ion level or greater based on the mass spectrum; a step of regenerating an ion image mapping about the peaks included in the peak list; and a step of determining identity of the one or more reference samples and the object evidence by comparing ion image patterns. The method for identifying an evidence for identifying a matter remaining in the evidence allows a user to easily compare an object evidence and reference samples at once.
