The present application relates to a composition for preventing or/and treating cholera, a method for manufacturing a vaccine, and a treatment method. An objective of the present application is to provide an antigenic substance, a CRISPR/Cas9 system, and a cholera vaccine composition containing the same. According to the present application, it is possible to provide the composition capable of preventing or/and treating cholera.
