An operating system for a personal mobility according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a first terminal device provided in the personal mobility and including a detachable module; and a safety helmet provided with a coupling part detachably attached to the detachable module, wherein the first terminal device transmits a normal return signal if the coupling part is normally attached to the detachable module, and first terminal device dose not transmit the normal return signal if the coupling part is not normally attached to the detachable module, thereby improving the safety of occupants and the efficiency of hard hat management.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
