FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermochemically resistant anode of electrolysis cell for aluminum electrolysis. Thermochemically stable anode comprises a heat and electric insulating cap with an opening collar in its wall, attached through a holder to a metal rod, and placed in cap monometallic electric conductor, consisting of molten aluminum, coated with protective corundum layer on its lower horizontal or convex surface and retained inside cap by vacuum of air in located above it sealed cavity, contact pad arranged in the opening cuff and connected through the current conductor to the metal bar, and made of solid electrically conductive material, vertically arranged longitudinal and transverse contact plates, buried by lower part into molten aluminum of electric conductor and connected by whole upper edge and its part to cap and current conductor, which are attached to the rod, thermally-chemically resistant electrical insulating tips connected to the bottom of the contact plates, contacting aluminum of the electrical conductor, with a corundum layer and cryolite-alumina molten metal, wherein separate and interconnected contact plates and tips attached to their tips are made with variable height with formation of protuberances, wherein separate bulges on aluminum of electric conductor located below horizontal plane, carried through lower end points of cap and tips, have constant and variable volume, and their maximum height does not exceed 1/2 distance from the cap bottom points and tips to the cathode metal, in the lower and upper parts of the contact plates are made, and ends of contact plates abut on walls of cap or are spaced from them at some distance, note here that lower parts of contact plates buried in electric conductor aluminum have electroconductive protective coating resistant to liquid aluminum.;EFFECT: reliable electric contact at boundaries of contact of liquid and solid phases of aluminum and reduction of electric resistance in terminal block.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg
