The invention relates to a desiccant air handling unit comprising, interposed on a return channel (20R) and a blowing channel (20S) between the exterior (EXT) and the area (ZO) to be treated, a desiccant wheel (21), a recovery heat exchanger (22) and an enthalpy heat exchanger (26) providing a heat and humidity exchange between the stale air taken from the zone (ZO) and the fresh air blown into the zone (ZO). This power station also includes a regenerative heating battery (24R) placed on the return path (20R), as well as a heating heating battery (24S) and a supply humidifier (25S) placed on the supply path (20S) .The present invention finds an application in the field of air treatment of an aquatic activity building.
