一种分区优化的0.1-0.4mm超薄VC及制备方法

摘要

本发明公开了一种分区优化的0.1‑0.4mm超薄VC及制备方法,包括上盖板和下盖板,上盖板与下盖板焊接连接;上盖板和下盖板均包括蒸发段、绝热段和冷凝段;上盖板的蒸发段表面设置为超亲水腔形微纳米结构,绝热段表面设置为超亲水等宽沟槽微纳结构,冷凝段表面设置为超疏水锥形微纳米结构;下盖板的蒸发段区域表面设置为超亲水锥形微纳米结构,绝热段区域表面设置为超亲水仿仙人掌楔形沟槽微纳米结构,冷凝段区域表面设置为超亲水锥形微纳米结构;本申请还公开了该超薄VC的制备方法。本发明不但能够优化热管内部的汽腔结构和液腔结构以及体积分配,且能保证其良好的毛细吸水性能和低的水阻、热阻。
