Initial Enterprise Reference Model

The NCMS Initial Enterprise Reference Model (ERM) was created to support theimplementation of several reengineering methodologies such as TQM, concurrent engineering, and business process improvement. It is a starting point to document an existing manufacturing enterprise (i.e., the 'as is' model) by providing companies with a framework for detailing, refining and creating 'to be' models.
