摘要

The general nature of the Lag problem in airborne pressure measuring systems is discussed. It is concluded that variations in system geometry offer the most promise in improving response. The remainder of the report is given to a theoretical examination of various geometry parameters and to an evaluation (utilizing both theoretical and experimental methods) of their effect upon lag error. Techniques for computing lag error in any system are presented.
