Possible Negative Cross-Impact of Public Funding of Research and Development on Private Sector Development: A Dynamic Theoretic Game Model Approach

The research objective of this study has been to develop a dynamic theoretic game model which could be used to identify and quantify conditions under which the intervention by the federal government, via the offering of R and D funds, might induce negative cross-impacts refers to the behavior of private sector organizations to reduce, delay, bar, or inhibit the expenditure of funds on a specific R and D project of both private and public sector interest.
