Projects of Current Cancer Research in Latin America: Integrated Latin American Conventions on Cancerology (Proyectos de Investigacion en Curso Sobre Cancer en America Latina: Congresos Integrados Latino-Americanos de Cancerologia)

摘要

This publication has been prepared in order to publicize the projects for cancer research that are being developed at the present time by researchers in Latin America, which have been registered in the Program of the International Data Bank on Cancer Research Studies (ICRDB). The main objectives of the Latin American Project of Information on Cancer Research (LACRIP), established by the Pan American Health Organization in collaboration with the National Cancer Institute of USA, are: promote scientific cancer research in Latin America; facilitate access to the information obtained by the Latin American scientist to the ICRDB Program; and offer at the same time to the researchers actualized information on the oncological themes that interest them.
