This report is one product of the Chesapeake Bay Local Government Advisory Committee's (LGAC) ongoing efforts to provide technical assistance to local government's in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. The manual catalogs local programs in the watershed that positively impact (either directly or indirectly) the quality of the Chesapeake Bay, the surrounding watershed, and the quality of life for its living resources.
