摘要

When crude extracts obtained as above were incubated with an appropriate supplements, a significant increase in activities of A and B proteins of tryptophan synthotase was observed. The maximum increase in activity was attained when incubation was carried out at 30℃ and the increase reached a plateau after 30-40 minutes under the standard condition.
