摘要

The Job Performance Measurement (JPM) program is developing hands-on and substitute measures of job performance for selected ratings. Prior to the development of new measures, it is appropriate to examine and evaluate existing technology as sources of job performance information. This report describes existing Navy data bases, programs, and simulators and discusses the feasibility of their use as sources of job performance information. It is concluded that these systems can be used to support but not replace a performance testing program.
