Sinopec Expanding Hunan Refinery, PC Plant

Hunan- Sinopec last week announced plans to invest 14.8-billion yuan to expand refining and petrochemical facilities in China's Hunan Province, according to financial reports. The company will invest 7-billion yuan to double capacity of its Changling, Hunan, refinery to 10-million t/y by 2010.
