A field study was conducted at Horticultural Instructional Farm, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar during 2009 to know the population fluctuation and effect of abiotic factors on aphid, A. pimicae on pomegranate. The studies revealed that the population was recorded at very low level during April to October. It was started building up in second fortnight of November which slowly increased and reached at peak level during second fortnight of February. The population was declined during second fortnight of March. The studies on correlation of aphid with abiotic factors were also carried out. The population of aphid, A. punicae had significant negative correlation with maximum and minimum temperatures, relative humidity in morning hours and vapour pressure and it had non significant correlation with relative humidity at evening time and sunshine hours.
