On the origin of gravity and inertia

An elementary physical framework is defined for the origin of gravitation and inertiabased on the time delay for transmission of forces within nucleons and expansion of the universe.The derived values for the nucleon inertial mass and the gravitational constant G, in terms of thenucleon radius, the age of the universe, and the speed of light, are quantitatively consistent with theobserved values.
