摘要

Maxwell's laws are derived with the use of phase-space analysis involving current versus charge as well as a LC circuit diagram. This analysis supports the concept that the photon is composed of two parts. This is consistent with the de Broglie hypothesis of the structure of a photon, that Planck's constant has two dynamic components,and that the energy of a photon can be modeled both as a spring and a LC circuit.
