SAN ANGELO, Texas — Clovis Harvey Olsak was born 85 years ago in a farmhouse on the Colorado River north of Rowena. He was 1 when his parents, Rudolph and Clara Louise Kohutek Olsak, purchased the farmland he still owns on the Lipan Flats, 7 miles east of San Angelo.
