摘要

The regioselective copper-catalyzed addition of sp~3 C-H bonds adjacent to an oxygen atom to various alkynes has been accomplished under mild reactions conditions in the presence of tert-butyl hydroperoxide to give the corresponding alkenylated products.Considerable effort has been devoted to selective C-H bond activation, and important progress has been achieved in transition metal catalyzed activation of sp~2 C-H bonds which has provided promising economical alternatives to traditional organic chemistry.
