Prof Yadav presented ICT Annual Report highlighting its activities and achievements followed by keynote address of UAA Distinguished Orator Mr. Sudhir Vasudevaof Oil & Natural Gas Corporation;Presentation of Awards, Scholarships and Fellowships for the year 2012-2013 at the hands of Chief Guest whose speech dealt with sustainable processes to harness energy for the industry with chemical engineering,concerns for sustainable development in the areas of rising emission and associated climate change due to rise in global temperature; fast depletion of natural resources (fossil fuels, wood and water); and growing waste generation and pollution.He suggested maintaining sustainability along three ways of industrial operations while using energy for producing products and services; selling products and services and adopting processes in business operations along the supply chain. Technology, innovative ideas and enhancing the awareness of common man are the tasks.
