The opening of new valet parking facilities at Gatwick Airport is delivering what has long been a premium service available to more airport users. APCOA Parking operates and manages all Gatwick Airport public facing car parks, including valet operations. The Gatwick Valet Parking operation is split in to two areas - North Terminal and South Terminal. Whilst geographically different, the operations run essentially the same and mirror each other from a functioning perspective. "The decision was made to operate our Valet product for the masses," says Simon Hope, APCOA's Gatwick contract manager, "but not at the expense of customer service delivery, and so a complete overhaul of the operation was brainstormed with Gatwick Airport."
