Morgan Construction company has received an order from Liuzhou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Liuzhou, to deign and build a single-strand high-speed rod mill. This order not only includes a high-speed mill, but also a new Morgan Compactor.When completed, the mill will be able to produce rod sizes from 5.0 to 20.0 mm, and rebar, with an annual capacity of 400000 t/a. The mill is scheduled to start commercial operation in September 2002.
