Laurentide Resources, a Quebec-based manufacturer, is on the forefront of giving new life to discarded paint. "At Laurentide ReSources, we decided 18 years ago to recycle and resell the paint collected in eastern Canada," said general manager Mario Clermont. "Thus was born Boomerang Recycled Paint, the world leader in its industry. Among a handful of North American recyclers, Laurentide ReSources is distinguished by its size, the rigor of its processes and its unmatched breadth of product that includes 22 latex paint, four alkyd and eight wood stains in addition to some other products derivative."
