International Woodcoatings Congress Issues Call for Papers

AMSTERDAM - A call for papers has been issued for PRAs 10th International Wood-coatings Congress. The event will be held in Amsterdam October 2S-26, 2016. Companies and research institutes are invited to submit abstracts describing new scientific and technical developments in coatings for interior or exterior wood. A range of papers is welcome, from fundamental research to practical end-use applications. Papers are welcome from research institutes, academla, raw material suppliers. equipment manufacturers and paint formulating companies. Suggested topics include: environmental impact analysis, biocidal products regulations, leaching of biocides. measuring and testing, functional coatings, biobased coatings, UV screening, mechanical properties, matting effects, and standards, measurement and instrumentation issues.
