AkzoNobel Names New Chief Information Officer

Pieter Schoehuijs has been appointed as AkzoNobel's new chief information officer (CIO). He started this position on May 1. A Dutch national, Schoehuijs joined the company from Church & Dwight Corporation in New Jersey where he held the position of vice president & CIO. Prior to this position, he was the Global IT Director at BASF Catalyst, formerly Engelhard, also located in the U.S.
