In its 10th anniversary year, Beijing Trend is setting two more milestones in its history: the launch of a kiln furniture product line for the roofing tile industry and the inauguration of an in-house R&D lab. In March 1998 Beijing Trend Industrial Ceramics Co. Ltd. was established by a group of experts, all highly respected authorities in the Chinese kiln furniture sector. They were soon able to follow market needs by utilizing an installed production capacity of 9000 t/a, which already ranked Beijing Trend as the largest mullite-cordierite kiln furniture manufacturer in the Asia region.
