Summit Builders Construction Company was recently named construction manager/general contractor for the X Lofts luxury condominium project located on Osborn Road just west of Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale for Grace Communities, also of Scottsdale. X Lofts will provide 82 luxury condominium units within 3-stories and 134,000-sq.-ft. The one and two bedroom units will feature high-end finishes throughout and range in size from 1,600 to 2,500-sq.-ft. The residential complex is being constructed on a 16" thick podium slab set above a below-grade parking facility and will feature a brick facade to compliment the architectural integrity of the Old Town Scottsdale area. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness facility and large pool. Construction is scheduled to begin first quarter 2006 with anticipated completion in the third quarter of 2007. The project architect is Todd & Associates, Inc. of Phoenix.
