CD-R dye coating technique

Our company manufactures CD-R and DVD-R production lines As to the dye coating unit we made developments aiming at mailer size and faster treatment. We collected data for achieving a smaller size of the dye coater house with the aim of maim- the whole unit under and reducing the disk carrying time. By investigating the spin pattern (revolutions program). we established a method of accurate dye coating with high speed.
