Changes to health and safety laws are a step closer, with the Health and Safety at Work Act passing its final parliamentary stages in late August. It will come into effect on April 4, 2016We asked the government agency tasked with overseeing the legislation, WorkSafe, questions relating to the law's application to the fishing industry.
