On the ice surface Doroninskoe meromictic soda lake in Eastern Transbaikalia (51°14'08" N, 112°13'59" E, Altitude 780 m asl) is often at the beginning of winter in the snow-free period is deposited salt, the formation of which researchers explain the evaporation of the ice. To clarify the possible nature of the salt deposits we have studied the isotopic composition of lake water, ice, condensate (frost) and dropped out of the lake snow.
