Sundance Resources' put its shares into a trading halt Monday as its proposed takeover by China's Hanlong Mining hit another hurdle, the Africa-focused mine developer said. Sundance said China Development Bank, which is financing Hanlong's acquisition, wanted more time to review some details of the deal. The bank wants to review a preliminary approval issued last Thursday from the Cameroon government relating to the development of Mbalam.
