Prices of Japanese scrap for export - which have been hovering at relatively stable levels since mid-June - will likely come under pressure after the latest auction for H2 grade material shipping from Tokyo Bay next month, traders said. The sale, organized by the Kanto Tetsugen grouping of Tokyo-based scrap dealers, will be closely watched for market direction, Platts SBB was told.
