Russian stainless scrap softness opens door to exports

Russian domestic prices for stainless steel scrap (with 17-20% chrome and 8-13% nickel) have fallen by Rubles 2,000/mt to 52,000-53,00/mt (1,700-1,732 dollars), Platts Steel Business Briefing learned from a merchant in central Russia.
