China met coke market flat despite ongoing restocking

Demand for Chinese met coke continued to be strong this week, though price indications remained similar to the preceding period. Platts assessed Chinese domestic met coke with 62% coke strength after reaction (CSR) - with 12.5% ash, 0.65% sulfur and 5% total moisture - stable at Yuan 1,525/mt delivered duty paid to Tangshan mill, including 17% VAT and 3 months credit.
