摘要

The beta_3 AR binding activities of 2-substituted-4-aryl oxazole derivatives have been analysed in relation to their physicochemical and molecular properties.The activities of the compounds are found to be significantly correlated with a structural parameter, the first order valence molecular connectivity index (~1x~v).Analysis of the QSAR results indicates that the presence of alpha-CH_2Ph group may be conducive to beta_3 AR binding activity.
